Return Policy (All Sales are Final)

All Sales are Final with the exception of defective products or the wrong order shipped to you.

Please confirm your desired size before purchase.

*Many of the shirts stretch but do tend to run small.  We would recommend ordering 1-2 sizes up.

Because of the nature of print on demand, products are produced to order and are therefore non-refundable.

In case there is an issue with the product, we can replace it free of charge.  Giving you an refund for a defective item is also an option.  In order to proceed with one of these solutions, we will need the order ID that looks like xxxxxx.xx, the reason or the description of the issue, and a clear picture of the product that shows the issue on it.

Once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created.  Should you have any issues please do not hesitate to respond to the email confirmation for your order and we will assist you as soon as possible. 


If a cancellation is possible, we will attempt to do everything in our power to make it happen.

No cancelations nor address changes are possible during the holiday season once your order has been confirmed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for incorrect order. If it is a mistake on our end we will ship out the correct item to you free of charge. In the event the item is too small/too large, you are responsible for paying for returning the item to us. At this point, we can then send you a new item in a larger/smaller size.

We will replace items, free of charge, if they are defective or damaged. If you desire to exchange the defective item for the same replacement item, send us an email at stoppingthechasecounseling@gmail.com for further assistance.
